Return Policy
• Customers may return a product within 14 days of purchase.
• Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.
• Customised items are non-returnable.
• Follo Group Ltd accepts Return Request for the following reasons:
- Exchange your item for different size/colour
- Replacement for a wrong item ordered
Please note that you have to email us at info@follogroup.co.tz before proceeding with any exchange/return.
Follo Group Ltd will investigate your claim case, which will take 3-5 working days lead time.
Customer will bear shipping costs for returning items.

Refund Policy
